Who We Need: 

Due to growth, we are searching for a Product Manager to join the team. In the role of Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the continued development of a growing product. We are looking for someone with the right blend of technical expertise and market insight to take part in the development of this quickly growing product. 

**This is a REMOTE position, based in the U.S. Some travel will be required.** Eligible states of residence:  AL, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, ME, PA, TX, WI 

What You’ll Do: 

  • Lead the development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and ongoing improvement. 
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. 
  • Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on customer feedback, market insights, and competitive research and analysis. 
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews to maintain a well-organized and prioritized product backlog. 
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, gather feedback, and manage expectations throughout the product development process. 
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and behaviors to identify pain points, preferences, and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Define and track key performance metrics, continuously analyzing data to optimize the product. 
  • Engage with users to gather their feedback and incorporate it into the product development process. 
  • Collaborate with design teams to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces ensuring an exceptional user experience. 
  • Advocate for user-centric design principles and usability throughout the product development process. 
  • Be willing to jump in on one-off projects and assignments as needed. 

As a Product Manager, you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as software engineering, computer science, or similar. 
  • 5+ years of proven experience in product management, product development, or a related field, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Ability to research and analyze incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs and turn them into solid action plans. 
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions to drive product improvements. 
  • Passion for learning about user needs and a love of building creative solutions to address them effectively 
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work in cross-functional teams and exert influence without direct authority. 
  • Superior written and verbal communication with concise and persuasive presentation skills. 
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (approximately 10%).
